The Industraline Model DPB-108L Diverter handles a wide
variety of captive skids, fixtures and pallets. A number of
pre-engineered widths are available from 18" to 61" in 1"
increments to meet any transfer application.
FRAME: 7 GA. cold drawn steel.
LIFT DEVICE: Industraline Positive Lift air
Cylinders with 100mm bore x 50mm stroke. 950 lbs. lift capacity at 80
PSI. Furnished with double solenoid valve and flow control.
CAPACITY: 300 lbs load capacity.
BEARINGS: All bearings are precision heavy duty,
lubricated for life, ball bearing units with cast iron housings.
MOTOR DRIVE: 1/3 HP, 60cycle
TEFC right angle gear motor, available in all voltages. (note: maximum
belt pull for 1/3 HP unit is 210 lbs.)
SENSOR: Sensor to read diverter up, with down
sensor optional.
BELTS: (2) 8mm Timing Belts.
SPEED: 45 FPM, constant.
DRIVE SHAFT: 1 1/4" diameter, located at
the discharge end.
