DESCRIPTION

The Industraline Model DPB-150F Diverter handles a wide variety of captive skids, fixtures and pallets. A number of pre-engineered widths are available from 18" to 61" in 1" increments to meet any transfer application.

SPECIFICATIONS

FRAME:  Medium duty aluminum frames at a weight of 4 lbs. per foot per side. Structural grade alloy temper of 6063T6 and clear coat anodized architectural finish.  Longitudinal bolt slots on all sides for 6mm and to mount accessories and support components.  Enclosed belt return path.  Enclosed plastic rollers for long wear life and reduced coefficient of friction.

BEARINGS:  All bearings are precision heavy duty, lubricated for life, ball bearing units with cast iron housings.

MOTOR DRIVE:  1/3 HP, 60cycle TEFC right angle gear motor, available in all voltages. (note: maximum belt pull for 1/3 HP unit is 210 lbs.)

CAPACITY:  150 lbs. per foot dead load, 250 lbs effective belt pull.

BELTS:  50 mm pre-stretched endless belts.

SPEED:  45 FPM, constant.

DRIVE SHAFT:  25mm diameter, located at the discharge end.

HOW TO SPECIFY

NOTES

1. Transition should not exceed 1.3 of conveyed object width.

2. Pinch point exist at diverters.

3. Reference Engineering Section for conveyor frame widths.
