DESCRIPTION
The Industraline Model DPC-254L Low Profile Diverter
handles a wide variety of captive skids, fixtures and pallets. A number
of pre-engineered widths are available from 32" to 61" in
1" increments to meet any transfer application.
SPECIFICATIONS
FRAME: 7 GA. steel.
LIFT DEVICE: Postive-Lift Slide. 1500 lbs. lift
capacity at 80 PSI. Furnished with double solenoid valve and flow
control.
CHAIN: 2 1/4" wide Stainless Steel Table Top chain
with 320 lbs. per foot dead load.
BEARINGS: All bearings are precision heavy
duty, lubricated for life, ball bearing units with cast iron housings.
MOTOR DRIVE: 3/4 HP, 6 cycle TEFC.
SENSOR: Sensor to read diverter up, with down
sensor optional.
DRIVE CHAIN: Driver chain #50 Riveted Roller
Chain.
SPEED: 45 FPM, constant.
DRIVE SHAFT: 1 15/16" diameter, located at
the discharge end.
