DESCRIPTION

The Industraline Model DPC-258F (Fixed) Diverter handles a wide variety of captive skids, fixtures and pallets. A number of pre-engineered widths are available from 18" to 61" in 1" increments to meet any transfer application. Model DPC-258-F is ideally suited for synchronous and transport operation. The open center and modular construction allows for a variety of bolt-on accessories.

SPECIFICATIONS

FRAME:  Heavy duty aluminum frames at a weight of 12 lbs. per foot per side. Structural grade alloy temper of 6063T6 and clear coat anodized architectural finish.  Replaceable clip-on UHMW side guide for reduced friction and noise.  Engineered plastic chain guide for long wear life and reduced coefficient of friction between base chain and support rail.

FLOOR SUPPORTS:  Adjustable type supports are available from 12" to 42" top of chain (T.O.C) with adjustment of + or - 1".

CHAIN:  2 1/4" wide Stainless Steel Table Top chain with 320 lbs. per foot dead load.

MOTOR DRIVE:  1/3 HP, 60 cycle TEFC right angle gear motor available in all voltages (note: maximum chain pull for 1/3 HP unit is 210 lbs.

INTERMEDIATE SECTIONS:  Available in lengths from 2'-0' min. to 6'-0" max. (please reference Engineering Section for Limitations or Space Requirements).

DRIVE CHAIN:  Driver chain #50 Riveted Roller Chain.

SPEED:  45 FPM, constant.

DRIVE SHAFT:  1 7/16" diameter, located at the discharge end.

HOW TO SPECIFY

NOTES

1. Transition should not exceed 1.3 of conveyed object width.

2. Pinch point exist at diverters.
