DESCRIPTION

The Industraline Model DPC-260L Dual Strand #60 Chain Diverter handles a wide variety of captive skids, fixtures and pallets. A number of pre-engineered widths are available from 18" to 61" in 1" increments to meet any transfer application.

SPECIFICATIONS

FRAME:  7 GA. steel frame.

LIFT DEVICE:  Industraline Positive-Lift Air Cylinder with 100mm bore x 50mm stroke. 960 lbs. lift capacity at 80 PSI. Furnished with double solenoid valve and flow control.

CHAIN:  #60 chain with 1200 lbs. maximum chain pull.

BEARINGS:  All bearings are precision heavy duty, lubricated for life, ball bearing units with cast iron housings.

MOTOR DRIVE:  1/3 HP, 60 cycle TEFC right angle gear motor available in all voltages (note: maximum chain pull for 1/3 HP unit is 210 lbs.

SENSOR:  Sensor to read diverter up, with down sensor optional.

DRIVE CHAIN:  Driver chain #50 Riveted Roller Chain.

SPEED:  45 FPM, constant.

DRIVE SHAFT:  1 15/16" diameter, located at the discharge end.

HOW TO SPECIFY

NOTES

1. Transition should not exceed 1.3 of conveyed object width.

2. Pinch point exist at diverters.

3. Reference Engineering Section for conveyor frame widths.

4. Reference Conveyor model for BF dimension.
