The Industraline Model DPC-300L Through Frame Diverter
handles a wide variety of captive skids, fixtures and pallets. A number of
pre-engineered widths are available from 14" to 32" in 1"
increments to meet any transfer application.
FRAME: 7 GA. steel frame.
LIFT DEVICE: Positive-Lift, 1000 lbs. capacity at
80 PSI. Furnished with double solenoid valve and flow control.
CHAIN: 2 1/4" wide Stainless Steel Table Top chain
with 320 lbs. per foot dead load.
BEARINGS: All bearings are precision heavy duty,
lubricated for life, ball bearing units with cast iron housings.
MOTOR DRIVE: 1/3 HP, 60 cycle
TEFC right angle gear motor, available in all voltages.
SENSOR: Sensor to read diverter up, with down
sensor optional.
DRIVE CHAIN: Driver chain #50 Riveted Roller
Chain.
SPEED: 45 FPM, constant.
DRIVE SHAFT:1 7/16" diameter, located at the
discharge end.
