DESCRIPTION

Industraline model HSRVC (High Speed Reciprocating Vertical Conveyor) handles a wide variety of captive skids, fixtures and pallets. A number of pre-engineered widths are available from 14" to 61" in 1" increments to meet any transfer application. Travel and configuration of lift is custom engineered to meet each application. By using inverter duty stopper drives, the HSRVC can cycle up to 1,000 units per 8 hour shift over a travel distance of 12 feet at speeds up to 300 FPM. All units operate with slow start/ stop at the beginning and end of travel cycle, then ramp up or down through mid-travel. By adding a second unit to the companion conveyor, cycle rate can be increased.

SPECIFICATION

FRAME: Structural steel inner frame weldment and the main supporting structure. Aluminum outer frame is structural grade alloy temper of 6063T6 and clear coat anodized architectural finish. Clear PVC guarding on outer frame.

BEARINGS: All bearings are precision, heavy duty, lubricated for life ball bearing units.

CAPACITY: 500 lbs. of work.

CONTROLS: Control Panel. PLC controller. Motor starters and inverters Sensor devices.

COMPANION CONVEYOR: Model BM-40 Belt Module Conveyor

TRAVEL: C-Flow, Z-Flow, C/Z - Flow (receive or discharge in both C and Z configurations), Pass through (allows work to pass through and by-pass lift functions>), Mid-Flow (receive or discharge at multiple locations).
