Industrial Conveyor Corporation warrants that the material used
in the manufacture of its equipment is of good quality.
Industrial Conveyor Corporation will replace at no cost, F.O.B. Memphis,
Tennessee, any part proving to be defective in materials or workmanship
for a period of one year. Defectiveness shall be verified by ICC
inspection. Installation expense will be born by purchaser and ICC's
liability is extended only to furnishing part or parts.
ICC is liable for consequential damages, such as loss of profit, delays
or expenses incurred by failure of said part or parts.
Failure due to abuse, incorrect adjustments, exposure to corrosive or
abrasive environment, or operation under damp conditions, does not
constitute failure due to to defects in workmanship or materials.
Component parts not of ICC's manufacture (i.e. motors or gear reducers)
will be repaired or replaced at the option of the manufacturer. Contact
the nearest authorized service center for all warranty claims.
NOTE: MOTORS OR GEAR REDUCERS TAMPERED WITH BEFORE INSPECTION SHALL BE
CONSIDERED FREE OF ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS.
