(Fixed) Motorized Roller Diverter

DESCRIPTION

The Industraline Model DPR-250F (Fixed) Motorized Roller Diverter handles a wide variety of captive skids, fixtures and pallets. A number of pre-engineered widths are available from 14" to 61" in 1" increments to meet any transfer application. The DPR-250F diverter is mounted to the side of Industraline Model conveyors for precision placement along conveyor. Model DPR-250F incorporates self-contained motorized rollers. Its low profile and ease of installation makes it the perfect choice when production efficiency and space savings are required.

SPECIFICATIONS

FRAME:  7 GA. steel.

MOTORIZED ROLLERS:  2.5" DIA. with 6" nominal centers at 44 lbs. capacity each

NOTES

1. Transition should not exceed 1.3 of conveyed object width.

2. Pinch point exist at diverters.

3. Reference Engineering Section for conveyor frame widths.

4. Reference Conveyor model for BF dimension.
