Industraline Catalog: Rotation & Positioning Equipment: Manual Lift & Rotate

DESCRIPTION

The Industraline Manual Lift and Rotate handles a wide variety of captive skids, fixtures and pallets. A number of pre-engineered widths are available from 18" to 61" in 1" increments to meet any transfer application. The Manual Lift and Rotate model is mounted to the bottom side of Industraline Model conveyors for precision placement along conveyor. This model utilizes two (2) 1" diameter tapered pins to precisely lock fixtures in place when lifting and rotating.

Note: Pin radius and outside radius or width is based on minimum dimensions for rectangular fixtures.

SPECIFICATION

FRAME: 7 GA. steel.

LIFT DEVICE: Industraline Positive Lift air Cylinders with 100mm bore x 50mm stroke. 875 lbs. lift capacity at 80 PSI. Furnished with double solenoid valve and flow control.

SENSOR: Sensor to read diverter up, with down sensor optional.

STOPPER: Reference Stopper Section for selection
