Conceptualization of Solutions
After we have determined the correct approach, we put our CAD technology to work and insure the design intent is realistic in your operation.
Total Systems Design
Our strength lies in our experience and depth of skills.  We will design the system hardware, functional specifications, control hardware, control software and we will manage the installation of each piece of equipment.
Establishment of Contract
After your solution is developed and we agree on the project scope and the associated cost, ICC will prepare a contract that meets both our needs.  ICC has experience with all types of agreements and payment plans. We have completed projects based on negotiated fees, contract bids and a cost-plus agreements. 
Project Management
Each ICC project comes with both internal and external project managers.   Our internal team follows the design and manufacturing processes.  Our external team insures that the equipment is installed correctly, your operation experiences a minimal amount disruption and the project schedule is closely adhered to.

Our procurement processes allow us to be cost effective and remain on schedule.  Our vendor relationships are well established and considered to be a critical link in our ability to serve you.
Manufacturing

Commissioning
Making sure your expectation are satisfied is our ultimate goal.  Each sophisticated system has some degree of start-up and debugging included as a standard service. This process insures that when you are ready to initiate live production your system will perform as expected.
Service
ICC services what we sell.  We provide full documentation, maintenance information and can offer our own preventative and emergency service plans.
